Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a PMO for an organization in Jerusalem.

The role includes managing, planning, and monitoring organizational and technological projects and processes, developing and implementing project management tools and methodologies, building work plans, and evaluating planned versus actual performance.

Responsibilities:

Manage, plan, and monitor organizational and technological projects and processes

Develop and implement project management tools and methodologies

Build work plans and evaluate planned versus actual performance

Manage and support end-to-end Tender Committee processes

Coordinate materials, verify compliance, professionally draft decisions and protocols, and follow up on implementation

Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including Project Managers, Procurement, Budget, and Legal Counsel

Manage cross-organizational tasks and processes

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in Technology Project Management and Project Control

Experience in Project Management, Planning and Control, and implementing Project Management methodologies and tools

Experience developing and implementing solutions and tools for Project Planning and Control, Process Improvement, and Work Plan development

Experience managing end-to-end processes

Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including Project Managers, Procurement, Budget, and Legal Counsel
