PMO

We are looking for an organized, proactive and responsible PMO / Project Management professional to join our team and support Information Systems project managers.

Role Responsibilities

• Supporting and assisting Information Systems Project Managers.

• Building, maintaining and monitoring work plans and project schedules.

• Tracking planned vs. actual performance, identifying gaps and escalating risks.

• Monitoring Electricity Authority decisions and guidelines and assessing their impact on organizational activities.

• Managing and tracking tasks, milestones and deadlines.

• Coordinating and following up with professional teams and key stakeholders.

• Preparing reports, presentations and management responses related to regulatory matters.

• Working closely with various teams across the division.

• Professional management of Data and Information Systems projects, including:

• Systems analysis and specification.

• Interface and data source analysis and specification.

• Business process design and specification.

• Working with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT project management / PMO / project planning and control.

• Proven experience in building and managing work plans and monitoring project performance.

• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to work with multiple interfaces and stakeholders.

• Initiative, responsibility and the ability to drive processes forward.

• Familiarity with regulatory environments and the ability to work with regulatory requirements – an advantage.

• Experience in managing Data and Information Systems projects, including systems analysis, interfaces, data sources and business processes.

Education – One of the Following

• B.Sc. / B.A. in Industrial Engineering and Management.

• Degree in Information Systems.

• Degree in Economics / Accounting with at least 300 hours of courses in Systems Management and Analysis.

• Practical Engineer / Technician graduate in Computer Science / Technology.

• Graduate of a technological IDF unit such as Mamram, 8200, Communications Corps or equivalent technological units, subject to the relevant approval.
