Power BI & Data Warehouse Developer

Job Description We are looking for a hands-on Power BI and Data Warehouse Developer to take end-to-end responsibility for the analysis, design, development, and implementation of BI solutions across the organization. The role requires close collaboration with business users, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to translate business needs into practical data and reporting solutions. The position covers the full BI lifecycle, from connecting to source systems and building the Data Warehouse to developing Power BI reports and dashboards. Key Responsibilities • Work directly with business users and managers to gather requirements, understand business needs, and define key performance indicators KPI(. • Learn, analyze, and understand business processes across areas such as finance, operations, sales, procurement, and manufacturing. • Translate business requirements into practical BI, data, and reporting solutions. • Design, develop, and maintain the organizational Data Warehouse. • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes for extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple source systems. • Develop Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and business measures. • Take hands-on, end-to-end ownership of BI solutions, from requirements analysis and technical design through development, deployment, and user support. • Support business users and continuously improve existing reports and data models.

Requirements: • At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing solutions with Power BI. • Experience designing and developing Data Warehouses and dimensional data models. • Experience developing and maintaining ETL/ELT processes. • Experience integrating and extracting data from cloud-based systems, such as Salesforce. • Strong knowledge of DAX and Power Query. • Proven experience working directly with business users and gathering requirements. • Hands-on approach with the ability to independently lead and deliver solutions from end to end. Advantages • Experience working with Oracle Fusion and/or Salesforce and extracting data from the platform. • Experience working with ERP, CRM, and other complex enterprise systems. • Experience with Microsoft Fabric or Azure Data Factory. • Experience with finance, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, sales, or operational processes.
