המשרה המקורית · נשמר לעיוןWe are looking for an experienced, hands-on Power Electronics Engineer to join our Hardware team.
In this role, you will design and develop power electronics hardware for inverter-based systems and own the product lifecycle from architecture and design through validation, industrialization, and mass production.
This role is a strong fit for an engineer who enjoys being close to the hardware, solving complex technical problems, and working across disciplines to turn designs into reliable, manufacturable products.
Hands-on inverter design experience is essential. Experience in automotive applications and Altium Designer is an advantage.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of hands-on hardware design experience, with a strong background in power electronics.
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing and developing power inverter systems, such as motor drives, DC/AC, DC/DC, or other high-power conversion systems.
• Strong knowledge of power conversion topologies and power semiconductor technologies such as MOSFET, IGBT, GaN, and SiC.
• Practical experience with gate drivers, current sensing, protection circuits, and power-stage design.
• Good understanding of EMC/EMI and thermal considerations in power electronics design.
• Experience taking hardware products from prototype through validation, industrialization, and mass production.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers during NPI and production ramp-up.
• Strong hands-on lab skills, including hardware bring-up, debugging, measurements, and basic soldering.
• Fluent English.
Advantages:
• Experience with Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB design.
• Experience with high-voltage and/or high-power systems.
• Experience in automotive, electric mobility, or aerospace applications.
• Familiarity with functional safety and relevant industry standards.
• Experience with simulation tools such as LTspice, PLECS, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar.
• Experience with environmental, reliability, and compliance testing.
