Preliminary Design Engineer

The Engineering & Development Center within the Aviation Division is looking for a Preliminary Design Engineer.

The role includes:

• Preliminary design engineering for a variety of aircraft platforms, involving integrative and multidisciplinary work across multiple engineering aspects, including sizing and integration, geometry, aerodynamics, performance, weight, cost, and more

• Responsibility for advancing projects from the initial concept stage through feasibility studies, with involvement throughout the various project phases

• Working closely with professional engineering departments as well as internal and external customers

What are we looking for?

• B.Sc. in Aeronautical Engineering – required

• Experience in aircraft design – an advantage

• Ability to work across various engineering disciplines

• Broad, system-level perspective
