About the Role: We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to define and drive Zenity's product strategy across our strategic technology partners. This role sits at the intersection of product management, technology strategy, and customer discovery. You'll work closely with product and engineering leaders at leading technology companies to identify opportunities, shape joint product experiences, and deliver integrations that create meaningful value for our customers. You'll own the product vision for our ecosystem—discovering new capabilities, influencing roadmaps, and ensuring Zenity delivers a seamless experience across the platforms our customers use every day.

Requirements: Requirements • 5+ years of Product Management experience building B2B SaaS products, with a proven track record of taking products from concept to customer adoption. • Experience building APIs, integrations, or platform/ecosystem products, including strategic product partnerships or cross-company product initiatives. • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to work effectively with engineering teams on complex technical initiatives. • Exceptional product discovery skills and deep customer empathy. • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to collaborate and influence across organizations without direct authority, engaging both technical and executive audiences. • A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution. • Experience in cybersecurity, enterprise software, AI, or cloud platforms.
