We're an early-stage startup building a multi-tenant healthcare SaaS platform from the ground up for the Health-Tech industry. We're looking for a Priority implementor to join our founding team and help shape a modern, scalable clinical platform.

This role goes beyond implementing an existing system. You will be involved in designing complex processes, working closely with Product and Development teams, and having a direct impact on the solutions we build.

This is a full-time hybrid position, with 2 days per week at our offices in Ramat Gan, and occasional travel to customer sites as needed.

In this role you will

• Design solutions from a broad systems perspective, considering their impact on processes, users, and other product components.

• Lead end-to-end implementation processes - from understanding business needs, through solution design and configuration in Priority, to testing, deployment, and transition to ongoing operations.

• Translate complex business and operational needs into practical, accurate, and scalable functional solutions within Priority.

• Implement, configure, and customize processes, screens, business rules, and workflows in Priority.

• Set up, initialize, and optimize data and processes, both within the core product and according to each customer's unique requirements.

• Work across a wide range of business, clinical, and operational processes, while continuously learning new areas of expertise.

• Participate in product specification and planning processes, working closely with Product, Development, and QA teams.

• Plan and execute functional and acceptance testing; identify issues and gaps, analyze root causes, and drive solutions with the relevant stakeholders.

• Take full ownership of tasks and processes, manage priorities, and independently drive topics through to completion.

·        Participate in customer implementations, including occasional travel to customer sites.

Requirements

• Working with Priority, either as an Implementation Specialist or a Key User.

• BSc or Practical Engineering certification in Industrial Engineering Management, or professional training in Priority implementation.

• Ability to understand, design, and manage complex processes involving multiple interfaces, stakeholders, and areas of activity.

• Strong systems thinking and the ability to translate complex business needs into practical and accurate solutions.

• Proven ability to take full ownership of tasks and processes - from understanding the need through implementation, testing, and completion.

• A can-do attitude, initiative, and willingness to tackle challenges in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.

• Ability to learn independently and quickly, professional curiosity, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with Product and Development teams.

• Experience in Health Tech - an advantage.
