🚀 Process Engineer – HVAC & Industrial Cooling Systems | Global Pharma (3864)

We're seeking an experienced Process Engineer to lead engineering projects involving HVAC and industrial cooling systems within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will:

• Lead engineering projects from concept, design and procurement through commissioning and handover.

• Design and specify process and utility systems.

• Support and optimize HVAC infrastructure, chillers, cooling towers, chilled water systems, AHUs and ventilation systems.

• Drive troubleshooting, process improvements, energy efficiency initiatives and change controls.

• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Validation and EHS teams.

• Support qualification and validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).

We're looking for:

✔ B.Sc. in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.

✔ 3–5+ years of experience in process or project engineering within industrial manufacturing.

✔ Hands-on experience with HVAC and industrial cooling systems.

✔ Experience leading engineering projects from design through commissioning.

✔ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

✔ Pharmaceutical, biotech, food or other regulated industry experience – an advantage.

✔ Fluent Hebrew and English.
