A leading medical device company is seeking a Process Engineer for a key role involving manufacturing process leadership, continuous improvement, and process optimization in an advanced and highly regulated technological environment.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the technical owner of manufacturing processes within the prosthetics production line

• Lead engineering projects and process improvement initiatives

• Analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and provide production support

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

• Implement new technologies and optimize manufacturing processes

What We're Looking For

• B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering or Materials Engineering - required

• Experience with chemical processes and surface treatment technologies

• Experience leading engineering projects

• Ability to work independently, strong analytical thinking, and a hands-on approach

• Experience in the medical device industry - an advantage
