About the Job

Israel Aerospace Industries’ Missile & Space Systems Division is looking for an experienced Process Quality Engineer to join a highly impactful, cross-functional role at the core of the Division’s engineering, project management, and operational activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer with a systemic and process-oriented mindset, strong leadership and influencing skills, independence, and initiative, who is interested in driving process improvement across complex, multidisciplinary technology projects throughout the product lifecycle.

What the Role Includes:

• Leading and improving core processes across the Division, with an emphasis on project management, systems engineering, multidisciplinary development processes, operations, integration, and system testing.

• Leading cross-organizational process improvement initiatives — from identifying and defining needs through implementation and adoption.

• Conducting internal audits and generating systemic insights to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.

• Working closely with multiple stakeholders, including Project Managers, Systems Engineers, Engineering and Development teams, Operations, Integration, Testing, and Quality functions.

• Driving process excellence and supporting the implementation of effective methodologies across complex technological projects.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Engineering with 3+ years of industry experience – mandatory.

• Experience in quality, process improvement, and cross-functional process development.

• Familiarity with processes across the product lifecycle, including project management, systems engineering, development and manufacturing of complex systems, integration, and system testing.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• High level of independence, initiative, ownership, and responsibility.

• Strong systemic thinking and the ability to lead and influence across organizational interfaces.
