Procurement Coordinator

Airobotics is a leading company specializing in the development and manufacturing of autonomous drone systems. Its solutions combine hardware, software, and AI-driven technologies to support complex, large-scale operations. Airobotics works primarily with defense industries, such as military and law enforcement agencies worldwide. The company is part of Ondas Holdings and operates as a wholly owned subsidiary. We looking for an experienced Procurement Coordinator to expedite and track purchase orders with local and international suppliers, ensuring on-time delivery, addressing exceptions, and providing ongoing support to the organization’s needs. The role serves as a key link between the Procurement team, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, while maintaining a high level of service and continuously improving supplier delivery performance. This is an opportunity to make an impact and help build and improve procurement processes in a dynamic environment, working with advanced products throughout development and manufacturing stages.

Requirements: • At least 1 year of experience in Procurement, Procurement Expediting, Logistics, or Supply Chain – an advantage. • Experience working with an ERP system (NetSuite / SAP / Oracle / Priority) – a significant advantage. • Proficiency in Excel. • Good command of English, including reading, writing, and speaking. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and under pressure. • Strong service orientation and ability to work with multiple stakeholders. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to track multiple tasks simultaneously.
