Procurement Coordinator

We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator with hands-on SAP experience to join our team and take part in a global SAP project. This is a great opportunity to grow in a hands-on procurement role while gaining exposure to global processes, systems, and financial operations. The role includes: • Taking part in a global SAP Public Cloud project, with a focus on procurement and financial processes • Working with SAP as part of ongoing procurement activities and supporting new processes • Working with local and international vendors, including vendor onboarding, purchase orders, follow-up, and control • Collaborating closely with Finance, IT, and external consultants • Monitoring procurement processes in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements • Preparing reports, analyzing data, and supporting financial control processes • Working in Hebrew and English with local and global stakeholders

Requirements: • 1–2 years of experience in procurement / purchasing – mandatory • Hands-on experience working with SAP – mandatory • Experience working in a medium to large organization – an advantage • Financial orientation and familiarity with financial processes – an advantage • Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks • Technological orientation and ability to quickly learn new systems and processes KPMG is an equal opportunity employer.
