Product Business Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Product Manager with a strong business mindset, ideally coming from the insurance, fintech, or financial services sectors, who knows how to bridge business needs, product strategy, and technology.

The role includes leading business initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, driving cross-functional processes, and working closely with senior management, development teams, IT, and business stakeholders.

This is not a traditional product management role focused solely on requirements and specifications, but rather a business-oriented position that combines strategic thinking, innovation, technology, process leadership, and value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic business and product initiatives that support the company's growth objectives.

• Identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities, and translate them into actionable product solutions.

• Lead cross-functional projects and organizational transformation initiatives from concept to execution.

• Work closely with senior leadership, development teams, IT, marketing, and business units.

• Drive optimization, automation, and innovation initiatives across the organization.

• Lead the implementation of AI-driven solutions and emerging technologies.

• Partner in shaping and executing the company's business and product strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - required.

• Several years of product management experience.

• Experience in insurance, fintech, or financial services - significant advantage.

• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and complex projects.

• Proven ability to translate business needs into technology-driven solutions.

• Strong business and strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
