Product Design Team Lead

Imagen is looking for a Product Design Team Lead to own design across our three product lines — Photo, Video, and Real Estate — and lead the team of designers who build them. This is a player-coach role: roughly 40% hands-on design, 60% leadership. You will manage a team of designers, and hold the full design picture across the product. You own design decisions end-to-end . This role offers the opportunity to directly shape Imagen's product experience at a category-defining moment, working closely with the heads of product, engineering, and leadership.

Requirements: • An exceptional hands-on designer with Proven experience leading complex product areas and managing or mentoring senior designers. • Deep UX and systems thinking, beyond visual polish.Design for the full workflow. • Experience building or owning design systems and UX standards. • A decision-maker who is comfortable making the call with incomplete data and real constraints. • Strong opinions and the confidence to push back . • A people leader who can earn the trust of an existing team.
