Product Designer

We are looking for a talented and motivated Product Designer to join our Product Design team.

As a Product Designer, you'll own the end-to-end design for products across mobile and web - from early concept through to development handoff. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering to turn complex workflows into intuitive user experiences, and you will help shape a seamless, consistent experience across all our user touchpoints.

What you will be doing

• Design end-to-end product experiences across mobile and web, owning projects from discovery through implementation

• Design experiences for multiple platforms and user types, for both B2C and B2B products

• Drive design ideas from early business and user needs to final, pixel-perfect implementation

• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape product direction and delivery

• Use AI-assisted design and prototyping tools to accelerate exploration and delivery, while owning the judgment on which direction is right

Your skills and experience

• 3+ years of product design experience in a tech environment, ideally on B2C or B2B2C products

• Experience launching native mobile products (iOS and Android) and web products.

• You’ve shipped products end-to-end (Please be sure to include a link to your portfolio with your application - we want to see examples of your product design work that show how you solved specific problems to meet users' needs)

• A deep understanding of the problem you're solving paired with a sharp eye for design

• Ability to create intuitive experiences while balancing diverse business requirements and technical complexities

• Ability to effectively communicate design rationale, both verbally and visually

• An understanding of current trends in product design, including interaction patterns for mobile and web

• Self-motivated team player with a strong inner drive and a collaborative mentality
