Product Development Manager (Fashion/Apparel)

A leading international apparel company is seeking a Product Development Manager to lead end-to-end product development processes, work with global partners, and contribute to the development of innovative, apparel products for the tactical industry.

About the Role

• Manage the apparel development process from end to end, including supplier sourcing, custom fabric development, manufacturing, and delivery.

• Maintain and manage ongoing relationships with factories, suppliers, and raw material manufacturers in Israel and internationally.

• Oversee timelines, costs, sample development, and production processes through to final delivery.

• Collaborate with internal and external quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with required standards.

• Identify project risks and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.

• Work closely with design, development, innovation, and manufacturing teams to advance new products and source suitable materials.

• Provide regular updates on project status, costs, delays, and risks to relevant stakeholders within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business Administration, or a related field - advantage.

• Fluent Hebrew and English, both written and spoken, is required.

• Project management experience in the apparel industry.

• Strong understanding of apparel product development, manufacturing, sourcing, supply chain management, and quality control processes.

• Experience working with international suppliers and manufacturers.

• Proficiency in Excel and experience using project management systems such as Monday.com or PLM systems - advantage
