Product Engineer

Located in the Northern Sharon / Coastal region (walking distance from the train station), operating on a hybrid work model with 1 day WFH per week.

Role Description-

• Serving as an NPI & Product Engineer, taking complete ownership of transitioning next-generation chip-based IoT sensor products from R&D design to high-volume mass production.

• Defining, developing, and deploying robust Test Methodologies, Automated Test Equipment (ATE / Testers), and production validation flows across global contract manufacturing sites (CMs / Tier-1 vendors).

• Bridging the gap between engineering design, hardware/RF validation, data analytics, and shop-floor execution to drive yield optimization, product reliability, and performance enhancements.

• Leveraging advanced statistical data analytics and mass production metrics to track yield trends, perform root cause investigations, and resolve manufacturing anomalies.

• Applying Design for Manufacturing and Design for Testability (DFM/DFT) principles to streamline assembly lines, optimize test cycle times, and reduce production costs.

• Authoring comprehensive technical manufacturing documentation, test specifications, standard operating procedures, and product quality guidelines.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Physics, or an equivalent technical field – Mandatory

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Product Engineering, Test Engineering, System Integration, or NPI Scale-Up – Mandatory

• Proven track record in High-Volume / Mass Production Environments, including integrating test equipment and test methodologies into active manufacturing lines alongside global Tier-1 vendors/CMs – Mandatory

• Strong Data & Statistical Analysis capabilities (e.g., Yield Analysis, SPC, Cpk/Ppk, JMP, Python, or SQL) – Mandatory

• Deep understanding of DFM & DFT Principles, including assembly constraints, test optimization, and cost-reduction strategies – Mandatory

• Experience with IoT devices, Semiconductor products, RF/Wireless communications, or Microelectronics – Significant Advantage

• High proficiency in authoring detailed engineering and production documentation – Mandatory
