Mertens, a MalamTeam company, is looking for an experienced Product Management Section Manager to join a leading organization in the Gush Dan area

The role includes independently leading a complete product domain within Information Technology, integrating it into the relevant product suite or platform, developing product roadmaps aligned with organizational goals, and managing a Product Management team

Responsibilities

Lead an end to end product domain within Information Technology

Integrate products into the relevant product suite or platform

Develop a roadmap for each product to support organizational goals

Establish internal reporting processes and data structures

Identify risks and raise concerns when required

Develop solutions and mitigation plans for identified risks

Manage and lead a Product Management team

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a technological or management related field

At least 5 years of experience in a significant management role within Information Systems

Experience managing managers

Significant experience managing and leading professional teams

Experience managing large scale, cross organizational and strategic projects

Strong technological background with a deep understanding of Information Systems and technology processes

Experience managing work plans, prioritizing tasks and leading multiple areas of activity simultaneously

Experience working with vendors and multiple organizational stakeholders
