Mertens MalamTeam is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join a large organization in Jerusalem

The role focuses on leading advanced digital solutions for local authority services, from business requirements through development, implementation, and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

Lead a large-scale digital product or multiple projects throughout the full lifecycle

Define functional requirements, write specification documents, build Roadmaps and work plans, manage Backlogs, and lead Agile development processes

Drive Product Management, product innovation, and the integration of AI, Data, and Automation capabilities

Collaborate with Development, Data, Architecture, UX, Infrastructure, government entities, local authorities, users, and professional teams

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience managing IT and technology projects

Experience leading the full product lifecycle, including Backlog management, task prioritization, release planning, and Agile or Scrum methodologies

Experience managing a development team

Experience working with complex systems involving multiple user types and system integrations

Experience working with a large number of end users, including user testing and usage data monitoring

Experience writing functional specification documents

Experience building Roadmaps and work plans

Strong technological orientation and experience working with Development, Data, Architecture, UX, and Infrastructure teams
