AI & Agentic Solutions Product Manager

A leading financial organization is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the end-to-end AI and Agentic AI strategy. The role involves identifying business opportunities, formulating a vision and roadmap, leading discovery processes and characterizing innovative solutions, managing complex business and technological interfaces, and measuring business value in a dynamic, data-rich environment to establish the organization as a technological leader.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, or a relevant field.

• At least 5 years of experience in product management and leading complex end-to-end initiatives – Mandatory.

• Proven experience in building product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritizing initiatives in an enterprise environment.

• Systemic vision, strong analytical capabilities, and experience leading cross-organizational processes with technical and business stakeholders.

• Experience with AI, GenAI, or Agentic AI products – Significant advantage.

• Experience with digital products, customer-facing solutions, or high-scale systems – Significant advantage.

• Familiarity with financial systems, banking, or the mortgage industry – Advantage.

• Experience working in Agile methodologies, using Jira, and building business cases – Advantage.
