Dash Security is building the security layer for the agentic enterprise - so teams can let AI run, securely. Enterprises are adopting AI agents across coding tools, SaaS, cloud, and endpoints, and traditional security stacks don’t work where agents interpret instructions, plan, and act at runtime. Dash discovers every agent, MCP server, skill, and interaction; captures full agentic sessions end to end; and observes, governs, and acts across every agent and interaction, everywhere they run - instantly. We exist to close the agent security gap with intent-aware runtime protection that scales with enterprise AI adoption.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced product manager to join Dash’s core product team. You'll have significant influence over both product direction and execution and lead strategic product initiatives across the Dash platform. This is a highly impactful role at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise software. You'll work closely with customers, and a high paced team of security researchers, engineers, and company leadership to define product strategy, identify market opportunities, and deliver products that solve real customer problems. You will help define the field of Agentic Security.

As an early product team member, you'll have significant influence over both product direction and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key areas of the Dash platform

• Deeply understand customer needs through direct conversations, feedback loops, and market research and translate them into actionable workflows

• Translate complex cybersecurity and AI concepts into intuitive product experiences

• Partner closely with Engineering, Security Research, Design, and GTM teams to deliver high-impact products

• Define product requirements, success metrics, and business outcomes

• Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility

• Drive product launches and support go-to-market efforts alongside Product Marketing and Sales

• Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and market trends to continuously improve the product

• Key player in Dash’s founding team, helping shape Dash's long-term product vision as we scale

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in cybersecurity, AI, SaaS, developer tools, or enterprise software

• Proven track record of leading products from concept to launch

• Strong customer-facing skills and experience conducting customer discovery

• High ownership, accountability and leadership skills

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions in fast-moving startup environments

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical thinking and product prioritization capabilities

• Experience working closely with technical teams and translating technical concepts into customer value

• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, curious, and eager to define the next frontier of enterprise security

Nice to Have

• Experience in cybersecurity, application security, cloud security, or AI products

• Experience building platform products or workflow-driven enterprise software

• Experience working in high-growth startups

• BSc. in Computer Science, or technical background in software engineering, security, or data products
