Product Manager

A market-leading global enterprise technology company engineering advanced data storage architectures and high-performance infrastructure platforms for Fortune 500 enterprises, cloud service providers, and hyperscale environments.

The local R&D and product center drives core storage operating systems and software-defined platforms, pairing long-term corporate robustness with tier-1 systems engineering challenges.

The office is located in Central Israel, operating on a hybrid model with two days working from home.

Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior Technical Product Manager - Enterprise Storage, shaping product vision, strategy, and roadmap execution for core storage platforms and enterprise OS capabilities.

• Owning the end-to-end product roadmap, sprint backlog, and prioritization for a defined domain across high-performance enterprise storage solutions.

• Gathering, synthesizing, and prioritizing complex technical requirements from Fortune 500 enterprise customers, global field teams, and system architects, translating market pain points into concrete features.

• Authoring detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), functional technical specifications, and user stories, while conducting hands-on validation to ensure successful R&D implementation.

• Partnering closely with R&D engineering teams on release planning, scoping, architecture trade-offs, and backlog grooming.

• Authoring and maintaining technical enablement assets and best practice frameworks, including deployment and configuration guidelines, reference architectures, and internal training material for Sales Engineering, Support, and Professional Services.

• Driving pre-sales support, technical positioning, competitive intelligence, and executive-level discussions with enterprise customers, key partners, and industry analysts.

• Tracking storage industry developments—including enterprise AI workloads, cyber resilience and immutable data protection, hybrid-cloud integration, and block/file protocols—to continuously steer the product portfolio.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software/Electrical Engineering, a related technological discipline, or equivalent practical industry background – Mandatory

• 5+ years of proven product management experience, with a strong preference for Enterprise Storage, Data Infrastructure, or Core Systems – Mandatory

• 8+ years of hands-on technical background in Data Center and IT Infrastructure environments (such as Compute, Networking, SAN/NAS, Block/File protocols, Replication, or Backup/Recovery) – Mandatory

• Demonstrated track record of translating complex low-level infrastructure challenges into clear product requirements and commercial solutions – Mandatory

• Proven experience working directly with global Fortune 500 accounts and enterprise customers to drive successful feature adoption and deployment cycles – Mandatory

• Deep architectural and operational understanding of Enterprise Storage concepts (Block/File, NVMe, NVMe-oF, Fibre Channel, iSCSI, Snapshotting, Cyber Resilience) – Significant Advantage

• Exceptional cross-functional leadership, presentation, and analytical skills in fluent English – Mandatory
