About the Company

We are building the clinical system of action for post-acute care. Our workflow-embedded AI nurse co-pilot enables nurses to focus on care, not admin work. We are starting with clinical compliance and documentation, with a broader vision of becoming the clinical system of action supporting nurses and operators across post-acute care.

Our mission is to remove barriers to human-to-human care.

We're located in Tel-Aviv and work 4 days a week from the office.

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on, AI-first Product Manager to join the Product team and report to the VP Product. This is an execution-focused role responsible for using AI to move faster across discovery, analysis, specifications, decision-making, and delivery, while translating product strategy, customer needs, and technical requirements into shipped product capabilities.

You will work closely with Engineering, Clinical, Design, and CS to lead initiatives from definition through development, release, adoption, and iteration. You will understand complex clinical workflows, make practical tradeoffs, and keep teams aligned and moving quickly.

You should combine strong clinical workflow understanding with technical fluency and customer-facing confidence. You should also be able to use Claude to build lightweight POCs that validate new product concepts, and to independently push small, low-risk product changes when appropriate.

What We're Looking For

• 3-4+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, healthtech, AI, or workflow-heavy products.

• Strong hands-on execution skills, including product specifications, prioritization, scope management, delivery, and launch follow-through.

• AI-native product operator who uses Claude and similar tools daily to rapidly prototype new concepts, validate product hypotheses, and independently ship small, well-scoped product improvements, while bringing strong clinical judgment, technical fluency, and credibility with customers.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Customer-oriented, detail-driven, low ego, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup.

• High-level written and spoken English.
