About the role: Horizon is looking for an ultra-sharp, high-potential Product Manager to join our fast-paced team and ship complex trading features at lightning speed. This role is designed for a hungry, hands-on builder who wants to go all-in, learn fast, and make a massive impact. We are looking for an ambitious hustler who loves being close to the data, understands the mind of a trader, and drives fast execution.

What you’ll do:

• Drive Execution & Velocity: Take abstract concepts and convert them into shipped B2C features rapidly.

• Translate Deep Complexity: Turn complex AI, data models, and algorithmic trading infrastructure into a sleek, intuitive consumer UI.

• Self-Serve Data Analysis: Dive directly into product analytics (Mixpanel, SQL) to identify drop-offs, validate hypotheses, and track feature adoption independently.

• Hustle, Ship, Iterate: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with top-tier engineering and design teams to unblock bottlenecks, make smart trade-offs, and iterate based on real user feedback.

Requirements:

• Product Management Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Product Management. You know how to ship software and take features from concept to launch, but you're still hungry to grow and prove yourself.

• Trading DNA (A Must): Real, hands-on experience in trading (stocks, crypto, forex, etc.) and a deep passion for financial markets. Experience working at trading platforms or brokerages (e.g., eToro, Plus500, Robinhood) – a massive advantage. You truly understand what traders need because you are one.

• Superstar Potential: Exceptional analytical skills, a ridiculously fast learner, and an out-of-the-box thinker. (Alumni of elite IDF tech/intelligence units – a strong advantage).

• Technical Aptitude: Strong grasp of backend architectures and APIs, allowing you to engage in deep, productive technical discussions with engineers.

• All-In Startup Mentality: You thrive in high-speed, dynamic, early-stage environments. You are highly ambitious, ready to put in the time and energy required to build a category-defining company, and comfortable taking full ownership with minimal hand-holding.
