Product Manager

R2Net Ltd. Company is an international software company owned by the world's largest retail group of luxury jewelry and diamonds, Signet Jewelers (traded on the US Stock Exchange). Job Description:

• Manage one or more products - from strategy through definitions to execution.

• Manage a complete product life cycle - from conception to release, with full ownership of each step.

• Work closely with R&D and customer-facing teams (Sales, Marketing, Support) to build and prioritize product roadmap and features.

• Lead all product-related activities, including features definitions, UX/UI, production release, reporting, AI-based features, etc.

• Gather and analyze data to make intentional decisions based on impact estimation.

Requirements:

• At least 4-5 years of experience as a product manager - Must.

• Experience with tools such as GraphiQL, Elasticsearch, SQL, and Excel – Must.

• Experience working with AI tools - Advantage.

• Experience in B2C/B2B products in a software company - Advantage.

• Experience in leading software development teams in an Agile environment.

• Proven ability to manage a complete product life-cycle from conception to release.

• Ability to define correct goals and know how to achieve them.

• Strong business and technical orientation - know “why” and “how”.

• Excellent English skills and additional languages are an advantage.
