Product Manager

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to own the end-to-end product

lifecycle — from concept through development and launch — across both our SaaS platform

and marketplace.

This role works closely with the CEO, Sales, and VP of R&D to translate business needs into

scalable product solutions. Beyond traditional product management, we are specifically

looking for someone who deeply understands how to implement AI into real-world products,

actively uses AI tools in their personal workflow, and can lead teams in adopting AI-first

product thinking and execution.

You will be responsible for managing technical requirements, product-market fit, AI-driven

workflows, ERP integrations, and product strategy while maintaining a strong understanding

of procurement, manufacturing, and logistics domains.

The ideal candidate is product-driven, execution-focused, highly technical, AI-oriented, and

thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Ownership: Own and drive the full product roadmap — from ideation to execution — across SOURCIX’s SaaS and Marketplace platforms.

• AI Product Leadership: Lead the implementation of AI capabilities across the platform, including workflow automation, intelligent matching systems, AI-assisted user experiences, data analysis, and operational optimization.

• AI Culture & Adoption: Guide internal teams in adopting AI tools and AI-first work methodologies. Help create a culture where AI is integrated into product thinking, execution, research, and day-to-day operations.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO, Sales, and VP of R&D to align product initiatives with company goals and customer needs.

• Customer & Market Insights: Engage with users, prospects, and internal stakeholders to gather insights and translate them into detailed user stories, product specifications, and scalable workflows.

• ERP Integration: Lead the development of integrations with enterprise systems (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, etc.), ensuring seamless data flow and customer experience.

• Technical Communication: Translate business needs into technical requirements and work directly with engineering and design teams to bring features to life.

• Product Validation: Run discovery, validation, and testing cycles to ensure strong product-market fit, usability, and customer satisfaction.

• Process & Delivery: Ensure efficient sprint planning, backlog grooming, prioritization, and timely delivery of features in partnership with engineering teams.

• Performance Tracking: Use data and analytics to monitor product performance, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management within a B2B SaaS company. Proven experience working with ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, NetSuite (must-have).

• Strong understanding of AI tools, AI workflows, and implementing AI into software products.

• Personal hands-on usage of AI tools for productivity, research, automation, product development, or operational workflows.

• Ability to guide and mentor teams in adopting AI technologies and AI-driven work processes.

• Background or strong familiarity with procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics.

• Strong understanding of technical systems and the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.

• Experience defining and delivering products in fast-paced startup environments.

• Ability to manage complex projects independently, balance multiple priorities, and lead cross-functional initiatives.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong business and customer empathy.

• Highly organized, analytical, execution-oriented, and product-focused.

Advantages

• Experience working with mechanical or industrial procurement platforms.

• Understanding of custom manufacturing processes (machining, sheet metal, casting, etc.).

• Previous experience in a company that scaled from early stage to growth.

• Familiarity with marketplace platforms or two-sided product ecosystems.

• Strong UX/UI understanding and product discovery skills.

• Experience building AI-native or AI-first products.

• Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, automation tools, and AI-assisted product workflows.
