YIT is hiring: Product & Project Manager

YIT, part of the Yedioth Ahronoth Group, is looking for a Product & Project Manager to join the team behind some of Israel’s leading digital websites and applications.

What you’ll do:

• Lead projects and manage Ynet’s digital products.

• Gather and analyze project requirements and translate them into clear specifications and tasks.

• Define workflows and processes and collaborate with design teams.

• Manage projects from end to end, ensuring progress, quality, and successful delivery.

• Take part in managing cross-functional digital products.

📍 Full-time | Tel Aviv – near Hashalom Train Station

Requirements:

• 1+ year of hands-on experience managing digital products/projects end-to-end in a technology or digital company – mandatory.

• Experience working with data management tools – a significant advantage.

• Knowledge of UX and user experience – an advantage.

• Familiarity with project and product management methodologies and tools.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent people skills, creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, assertiveness, and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
