Most product marketing roles still hire for a version of the job that no longer exists: campaigns as usual, a funnel as usual, a playbook as usual. We're not. At METRIKO, we build generative AI commerce infrastructure that helps mid-market retailers and e-commerce brands run AI-agent-driven stores. We need a product marketer whose instincts were shaped by the same shift we're building for — not one who's still translating it.

This isn't a role for polishing campaigns that already work. It's a role for someone who understands, at a gut level, that the job itself has been rewritten and the workflows underneath it are being rebuilt from scratch — and who wants to be the one writing the new playbook, not the last one adapting the old one.

What we're looking for:

• 1-3 years of product marketing experience, from someone who entered the workforce after AI was already a fact, not a new tool bolted onto an old process

• Strong plus: background in e-commerce

• Strong plus: familiarity with PLG-driven marketing approaches

• Priority given to versatile marketers who've touched the full marketing value chain — content, brand, campaigns, performance

What the role actually involves:

• Working closely with the product team and our CEO to build and run AI-driven marketing processes for the company

• Shaping product-side adjustments that lift conversion among prospects and free-tier users

• Owning positioning and messaging for the product with our retailer and brand audience

• Creating marketing content across the full customer journey, from first touch to activation

Based full-time at our office at Global Towers, Petah Tikva, right by the light rail.
