Product Operations Manager

Wanted: Product Operations Manager for an AI-driven Tech company in Tel Aviv. This is a very rewarding full-time and Hybrid position.

Working directly alongside the CTO, engineering, and data teams, this role offers a rare hands-on opportunity to go beyond traditional spec-writing by actively tackling light coding tasks, shaping data-driven insights, and directly influencing company-wide initiatives. Job Responsibilities:

● Collaborate directly with the CTO, engineering, and data teams to support technical execution, product roadmaps, and high-impact company initiatives.

● Perform hands-on coding, testing, and troubleshooting (using Python and SQL) to resolve non-complex technical tasks and streamline operations.

● Extract, analyze, and interpret client data to deliver actionable business insights that drive product enhancements and customer retention.

● Serve as a service-oriented, client-facing liaison to maintain strong customer relationships, communicate technical capabilities, and support product adoption.

Job Requirements:

● 1-3 years of experience in a Product Management or Product Operations role within a startup or small technology company.

● Proven technical background (e.g., Computer Science degree, IDF technology unit experience, or personal software development projects).

● Practical, hands-on proficiency with Python and SQL for data analysis, scripting, and technical tasks.

● Practical familiarity with generative AI tools and LLMs, specifically Claude, for enhancing productivity and workflows.

● Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset and a drive to take end-to-end ownership.
