Product Project Manager (iGaming SaaS)

We're looking for a Product Project Manager to act as the bridge between customer-facing teams (Sales, Deployment, Customer Success) and R&D, ensuring smooth delivery of product enhancements, bug fixes, and customer requests.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end flow of product requests from intake to delivery.

• Translate business and customer requirements into clear, actionable tasks for R&D.

• Manage and prioritize the backlog of bugs, fixes, and feature requests.

• Coordinate daily activities between customer-facing teams and engineering.

• Track delivery progress, communicate timelines, and proactively manage stakeholder expectations.

• Improve and standardize processes, workflows, prioritization, and handovers across teams.

• Support roadmap planning by balancing customer impact, business value, and development effort.

• Provide visibility into delivery status, risks, and R&D workload through reporting and dashboards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Project Management, Delivery Management, or similar roles.

• Proven experience working closely with software development teams and managing product backlogs.

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Linear, or Monday.

• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business language.

• Experience in iGaming, Casino Platforms, or B2B SaaS environments – a strong advantage.
