We're looking for a Production Engineer to join our team in Safed and lead operational excellence initiatives across the production floor. In this role, you'll drive process improvements, optimize performance, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and operational results.

What You'll Do

Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives in manufacturing operations.

Drive waste reduction, minimize raw material losses, reduce product weight deviations, and improve productivity.

Analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement sustainable solutions.

Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Facilitate problem-solving workshops and remove operational barriers.

What We're Looking For

✔ B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management or Mechanical Engineering.

✔ At least 2 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, or Methods Engineering within a manufacturing environment.

✔ Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools.

✔ Experience leading projects and managing multiple stakeholders.

✔ Ability to map, analyze, and optimize processes.

✔ Familiarity with operational performance measurement and control systems.

✔ Strong analytical skills and experience working with data, reports, and KPIs.
