Production Manager

A leading embedded systems company is looking for a Production Manager to lead its production department and manage day-to-day manufacturing operations.

The company designs and integrates advanced embedded electronic systems for defense, medical, and industrial markets. This is a hands-on production leadership role, responsible for managing production teams, planning weekly work schedules, maintaining work instructions, and ensuring smooth coordination between production and the company’s engineering, operations, and support functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the production department and lead a team of production employees.

• Support employee onboarding, training, professional guidance, task management, and daily communication.

• Own production planning and build weekly work plans.

• Implement, monitor, and maintain production work instructions and procedures.

• Serve as the main interface between production employees and other company departments.

• Support day-to-day production execution and ensure smooth manufacturing workflows.

• Read and work according to technical drawings and production documentation.

• Lead troubleshooting of technical issues in electronics and mechanics.

• Manage and lead production-related projects.

• Drive order, communication, execution, and continuous improvement within the production department.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Production Manager – must.

• Practical Engineer in Electronics – must.

• Ability to read technical drawings – must.

• Ability to manage and lead a team of employees – must.

• Experience troubleshooting issues in electronics and mechanics – must.

• Previous experience managing projects and/or employees in industry or military service.

• Ability to manage and lead projects.

• Strong organizational skills, responsibility, communication skills, and hands-on leadership approach.
