Production Support

Amarel is seeking an NPI Engineer for a meaningful and diverse role focused on transferring products from development to manufacturing and supporting production processes from the integration stage through to serial production. The position combines engineering work, professional writing and documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with development, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams.

Job Description:

• Support and oversee the product build process from the prototype stage through to serial production.

• Write, update, and improve engineering documentation, including assembly instructions, manufacturing instructions, and test procedures (ATP/QTP).

• Review, update, and optimize Bills of Materials (BOM), including identifying errors, duplicates, and missing components.

• Conduct engineering reviews of mechanical drawings, ensuring accuracy and manufacturability, and coordinating required revisions with mechanical designers when necessary.

• Work closely with suppliers in the areas of mechanical enclosures, cabling, electronics, and integrated assemblies.
