Program Manager, Ecosystem Experiences

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of experience in program or project management, leading multi-disciplinary projects.

• Experience leading cross-functional software development programs with engineering, product, and UX teams from inception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience managing mobile product growth (Android/iOS) or working with personalization/AI platforms.

• Experience with analytics platforms, data-driven decision-making, and product engagement metrics.

• Solid technical understanding of backend infrastructure, APIs, and data pipelines.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of resolving complex technical and regulatory blocks (e.g., legal/privacy reviews).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution, roadmap development, and the product life cycle of complex technical programs across Ecosystem Experiences.

• Partner with engineering, product, UX, research, data science, and external product area teams across global offices (New York, San Jose, Tel Aviv) to drive alignment and mutual goals.

• Resolve technical dependencies, legal/privacy constraints, and data sovereignty barriers to unblock team velocity and project impact.

• Maintain ongoing communication with leadership and executives, delivering clear progress updates, status tracking, and key escalations.

• Define key project milestones and establish advanced impact and engagement metrics to evaluate program success.
