Program Manager for TOT (Transfer of Technology)

We are looking for

At our Modiin facility, we seek an experienced Program Manager for our TOT (Transfer of Technology) division within the Operations Department. This is a meaningful role leading complex projects in an industrial, technological, and defense environment, focused on knowledge transfer and establishing production capabilities worldwide.

This position combines program management, business operations, and end-to-end operational leadership – from concept development and contract execution, through capability planning and establishment, to serial production and lifecycle support.

In this role you will

Lead Transfer of Technology (TOT) programs from initiation through knowledge transfer completion and operational independence of the receiving facility

Establish and manage production capabilities with partners and customers

Lead matrix interfaces across all Elbit divisions and international partners

Manage and control manufacturing processes at production facilities, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, quality, scope, and performance targets

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business Management - advantage

Experience managing complex programs or projects in an industrial, technological, or defense environment

Experience in aerospace and/or defense industry - advantage

English at a very high level in speaking, writing, and presentation

Willingness to travel frequently abroad for work
