Located in Central Tel Aviv or the Northern Sharon / Coastal region (both within short walking distance from train stations), operating on a hybrid work model with 1 day WFH per week.

Role Description-

• Serving as a Software Technical Project Manager (TPM) / Technical Program Manager, leading complex, multi-faceted software and platform initiatives for next-generation AI Silicon and Chip architectures.

• Driving end-to-end delivery of Low-Level Software components, including Device Drivers, Firmware, Compilers, Runtime Libraries, and SDKs.

• Acting as the primary technical bridge across multidisciplinary R&D groups: Software Engineering, Hardware/Chip Design, Silicon Validation, and external Tier-1 strategic clients.

• Managing end-to-end Chip Bring-Up cycles, HW-SW integration milestones, and system validation workflows under tight timelines.

• Coordinating execution across high-performance computing (HPC, CUDA, PyTorch), Linux internals, and automated CI/CD validation pipelines.

• Championing Agile/Scrum delivery processes, dependency management, and release scheduling across distributed hardware and software squads.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science from a Top-tier Israeli Academic University – Mandatory

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Technical Project Manager (TPM) or Technical Program Manager (PM) – Mandatory

• Proven hands-on background originating as a Software Developer / Engineer in Low-Level Software, Firmware, Embedded Systems, or Hardware Engineering – Mandatory

• Industry background from Semiconductor / Chip / Silicon, Hardware, Deep Cyber, or Telecommunications companies – Mandatory (Note: Candidates with pure Web / Mobile / SaaS backgrounds will not be considered)

• Strong understanding of Hardware-Software Interfaces, Chip Bring-Up, Linux OS, and Low-Level architecture – Mandatory

• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and Release Management – Mandatory

• Excellent interpersonal, technical leadership, and stakeholder-management capabilities – Mandatory

• High proficiency in English (both written and verbal) – Mandatory

• Background or familiarity with AI / ML Frameworks, GPU acceleration (CUDA), PyTorch, or HPC environments – Significant Advantage
