Program Manager in the UAV domain

We are looking for

For our company sites in Modiin or Haifa, Aerospace is looking for a Program Manager in the UAV domain to lead complex and impactful programs in an advanced technological environment. In this role you will

Manage programs from proposal and contract phase through delivery completion and customer support

Be responsible for program execution, budget, schedule, and profitability targets

Manage business and operational relationships with customers in Israel and abroad

Lead work plans, milestones, and control processes

Manage risks, constraints, and opportunities throughout the program lifecycle

Lead teams in a matrix environment and work closely with interfaces across engineering, development, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and quality

Manage suppliers and subcontractors

Lead integration activities, testing, deliveries, and system implementation at customer sites

Provide ongoing reporting to management regarding program status, performance, and forecasts

Requirements

B.Sc. degree in a relevant technological field

At least 5 years of experience managing programs, projects, or complex technological systems

Experience working with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors

Experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, and contractual commitments

Experience in the defense industry and/or familiarity with the UAV domain - Advantage

High level English proficiency, both written and spoken

Willingness to travel within Israel and abroad according to role requirements

Broad system and business perspective, decision-making ability, negotiation skills, and capability to drive complex processes
