• Lead and manage multiple related IT infrastructure projects within a matrix environment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues.

• Coordinate resources across projects, balancing priorities and managing workforce allocation effectively.

• Identify and assess risks associated with program execution, developing strategies to mitigate them.

• Monitor program progress, utilizing KPIs and metrics to evaluate success and inform decision-making.

• Acilitate clear and effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.

• Ensure that deliverables meet IT infrastructure standards, align with strategic objectives, and incorporate innovative solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

• 5 years of experience in program management, with a focus on IT infrastructure and matrix management.

• Example of relevant expertise in IT infrastructure: Networking, storage, Databases, DevOps, OCP, Kafka.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and risk management practices.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and other relevant software.
