Requirements: • 2–3 years of experience in project management or program management within an R&D or product environment. • Experience working with Agile methodologies and managing sprint cycles. • Hands-on experience with Jira and similar project tracking tools. • Strong ability to manage priorities, dependencies, and multiple stakeholders. • Excellent organizational, interpersonal communication, and process-driving skills. • Technical background and an understanding of software development processes. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in a SaaS or B2B environment. • Experience leading Release Management processes. • A relevant degree, such as Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field.
