Responsibilities
Maintain computer equipment
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Install and upgrade operating systems and software
Provide technical support for various projects in a complex enterprise environment
Requirements
2–3 years of experience as an IT Technician in an enterprise environment
Experience supporting end users in a large organization
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and communication protocols
Experience with Windows environments and hardware and software troubleshooting
Computer Technician or Practical Engineering diploma, MCSE, CompTIA A+, or similar certifications
