Project Management Officer

COMBLACK is looking for a Senior PMO / Program Management Specialist!

This is a strategic, cross-functional role focused on managing and driving the organization’s strategic program - from defining objectives and multi-year planning through execution, measurement, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, coordinate, and monitor ongoing work plans and strategic initiatives

• Lead status meetings, management forums, and cross-functional processes

• Work closely with Development, QA, DevOps, Information Security, Infrastructure, and business teams

• Consolidate an integrated view of strategic initiatives, progress, dependencies, and risks

• Track execution and ensure alignment with organizational goals

• Prepare management reports, presentations, and decision-support materials for senior leadership

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in Program Management within large organizations – mandatory

• Proven ability to drive multiple stakeholders and processes without direct authority – mandatory

• Strong written and verbal communication skills – mandatory

• Experience working with senior management – an advantage

• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a broad organizational perspective

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Systems or a related field
