Project Manager

COMBLACK is hiring a Project Manager!

Join the organization’s innovation engine and lead advanced projects across Data, AI, and GenAI.

The role involves end-to-end project management — from identifying Use Cases and initiating projects with business stakeholders, through requirements definition and project planning, to full implementation and measuring results.

What will you do?

• Lead GenAI projects and initiatives from ideation through implementation

• Work closely with business, technology, and external vendors

• Track, monitor, and measure project outcomes

• Manage and prioritize a portfolio of projects and Use Cases

• Manage project budgets

• Identify and coordinate technological dependencies

• Operate in a complex and dynamic technology environment

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering & Management, Economics, or a relevant field – required

• 3+ years of experience managing large and complex projects – required

• Familiarity with advanced systems and technologies – required

• Strong analytical skills and a system-level perspective

• Experience working with business and technology stakeholders

• Familiarity with Jira – an advantage

• Experience in Data / AI / GenAI – a significant advantage
