Project Manager

Comblack is hiring a Senior Project & Work Plan Manager!

The role includes leading complex technology projects end-to-end, building and managing annual and multi-year work plans, overseeing large-scale budgets, managing risks and resources, producing management reports and dashboards, and working closely with senior leadership, vendors, and multiple internal stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience managing IT and technology projects, including building work plans, schedules, and delivery roadmaps

• 2+ years of experience working directly with senior management at CEO/VP level

• Proven experience managing budgets exceeding NIS 100M

• Strong experience in risk management, risk assessments, budget tracking, and resource control

• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Monday.com, and Jira

• Familiarity with PMBOK and Agile methodologies

• Experience working in a public-sector or government organization

• Strong analytical capabilities, broad business perspective, and the ability to operate in complex organizational environments
