The role includes leading engineering development projects, coordinating multiple subsystems and engineering disciplines, managing schedules and tasks, tracking progress, and working closely with engineering teams and management. The project combines software, electronics and drone technologies, with most development carried out in-house.

Requirements:

• Engineering degree – mandatory (Electrical Engineering preferred)

• 4+ years of relevant experience - Must

• Proven experience leading engineering/technological development projects – mandatory

• Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams – mandatory

• Experience with System of Systems – advantage

• Experience with drones, navigation, optics, sensors or radar – significant advantage

• Defense industry or complex technological systems experience – advantage
