Project Manager | Defense & Electronics Industry 236483

A leading developer and manufacturer of customized power supply and communication systems for defense, aerospace, and space applications is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its R&D division.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex multidisciplinary projects end-to-end, from product development through customer delivery

• Own project execution from planning, resource allocation, risk management, and schedule control to final customer acceptance

• Drive project activities in close collaboration with R&D, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams

• Build and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables

• Lead project reviews and proactively manage risks, issues, and mitigation plans

• Serve as a key interface between internal teams and customers throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management - Mandatory

• Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience - Mandatory

• Proven experience managing projects from development stage through customer delivery - Mandatory

• Experience working directly with customers in the defense industry or electronic components/electronics sector - Mandatory

• Experience in a manufacturing or defense organization - Mandatory

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project

• Fluent English
