Project Manager- Defense

Netline Communications Technologies, a leading defense tech company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead advanced RF defense system development projects.

Position Overview:

• Full project ownership from initiation through delivery — including R&D coordination, supply chain management, manufacturing, and customer delivery.

• Direct management of customer relations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Preparation of project documentation and oversight of planning, development, and implementation processes.

• Active participation in technical meetings and setting development directions as needed.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering. A Master’s degree in Business Administration or Systems Engineering is an advantage.

• Minimum of 5 years experience managing and leading complex technological projects.

• Proven experience working with defense customers — must.

• Experience with RF systems; experience in electronic warfare (EW)— an advantage.

• Experience managing customers both in Israel and internationally.

• Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and decision-making skills.

• Willingness to travel abroad as required.

• Graduate of a technological or intelligence military unit — a significant advantage.
