Project Manager

A high-tech company developing, manufacturing, and marketing electronic warfare systems for the defense and homeland security sectors, specializing in counter-IED electronic warfare, communication jamming solutions against drones and mobile phones, and intelligence solutions, is seeking an experienced Project Manager.

The company is located in Tel Aviv, (adjacent to the train station), with on-site work. The company employs approximately 100 people

Role Overview-

• Lead advanced RF-based defense system development projects from concept to delivery

• Coordinate with R&D departments and manage supply chain, production, and customer delivery

• Maintain ongoing client relationships throughout the project lifecycle

• Document processes and supervise design, development, and implementation procedures

• Participate in technical meetings and define development requirements as needed

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering

• 5+ years of experience managing and leading complex development projects

• Experience working with defense-sector clients

• Experience working with both domestic and international clients

• Willingness to travel abroad as needed

• Experience with RF systems – advantage
