Project Manager for Communication Systems for Interceptors in Defense Systems

About the Role

Malam, part of the Missiles & Space Division, is looking for a Project Manager for Communication Systems for Interceptors in Defense Systems.

The role includes:

• Full responsibility for manufacturing processes and the supply chain across a wide range of projects.

• Leading synchronization meetings with the System Engineering team in the relevant field and coordinating deliveries with the customer.

• Preparing work plans and monitoring the progress and execution of tasks.

• Managing a logistics team responsible for all manufacturing processes of communication systems for interceptors across multiple subcontractors in Israel and abroad.

• Managing a global knowledge transfer and production transfer campaign.

• Managing manufacturing processes at Malam, issuing and managing purchase orders, managing procurement budgets, receiving products, inspecting them, and delivering them to customers.

• The role may involve international travel.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering & Management – Mandatory

• At least 3 years of experience in project management in manufacturing or New Product Introduction (NPI) / transfer from development to production – Mandatory

• Experience working with RF components and electronic components – Mandatory

• Experience in matrix management and leading cross-functional stakeholders – Mandatory

• Full proficiency in English – reading, writing, and speaking – Mandatory

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to understand, plan ahead, and manage multiple tasks while working under pressure.
