leading automotive import company in central Israel is seeking a Project Manager with deep systems analysis capabilities to lead end-to-end business and technological processes in a Salesforce environment.
Job Description:
Leading cross-organizational projects from requirement gathering to go-live
Analyzing systems and business processes and designing end-to-end solutions
Working directly with executives and business stakeholders
Translating business requirements into actionable system solutions
Managing task prioritization and driving execution with development teams
Full ownership of project progress, quality, and deliverables
Key Responsibilities:
In-depth analysis of existing processes and driving continuous improvement
Creating high-level functional and technical specification documents
Leading complex projects within the Salesforce ecosystem
On-the-fly decision-making and managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders
Leading processes to full completion and sign-off
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in systems analysis / tech project management
Significant experience working with Salesforce
Proven ability to lead end-to-end processes
Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Ability to work independently, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
Significant Advantages:
Experience in complex / multi-stakeholder organizations
Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and BI environments
Experience working directly with development teams and tech vendors
