We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of High Voltage (HV) Switchgear projects, including Protection & Control and SCADA integration. The successful candidate will manage projects from order intake through commissioning and customer acceptance while also supporting tendering, offer preparation, and front-end sales activities.

The role requires a combination of project management, technical understanding of power distribution systems, and commercial awareness to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Manage HV Switchgear projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Serve as the primary customer interface during project execution.

• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required.

• Support engineering reviews and technical clarifications with customers.

• Support sales teams during customer engagements and bid preparation.

• Identify project risks and opportunities during the bidding phase.

• Participate in customer meetings, technical presentations, and bid clarification discussions. Health and Safety.

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Electrical Engineering strongly preferred.

• Min. 5 years of experience in project management, engineering, or tendering within the power distribution industry.Experience with:HV Switchgear,Protection & Control Systems (Advantage),Utility and Industrial Power Applications.

• Experience working directly with customers and suppliers, with a strong understanding of electrical single-line diagrams and protection philosophies, is considered an advantage.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills & Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

• Fluency in both Hebrew and English is required.
